Meet and Greet Service:

 

Expanding into Aviation, LMS has recently won tenders for providing ‘Meet and Greet’ services at Goa. Lucknow and Jodhpur airports and is actively participating in similar tenders being floated at other airports.

Meet and Greet service as the name suggests, is a service introduced at the airports wherein Guests are facilitated through the arrival as well as departure process. A very brief outline of the process is as below:

 

Departure:

 

A well-groomed porter with a facilitation staff greets the guest at the departure entry point (as soon as they are dropped at the airport) and assists them with the entire departure process starting from baggage x-ray, getting the check-in done and finally escorting the guests till the security check.

Arrival:

 

Similarly, during arrivals the guests are greeted right after they enter the arrival hall (before the baggage collection) and are assisted with the baggage collection and then escorted till their pick-up vehicle outside the airport.’
